Wound Care Nurse Practitioner - Bakersfield, CA (Sign-on/Relocation Bonus: Negotiable)

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Wound Care to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. The Wound Care NP will independently assess and treat acute and chronic wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries, and venous ulcers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and documentation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct debridement, dressing changes, and infection management
• Administer and monitor Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention

Requirements:

• Active California NP License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of Wound Care experience (Required)
• Experience with or willingness to train in hyperbaric medicine
• HBOT certification (or must complete within 30 days of hire)
• Proficiency in wound care procedures, including debridement
