The facility is a Certified Stroke Center by the Joint Commission, with emergency department-approved pediatrics by the state.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct patient care in a remodeled emergency department
- Manage a diverse caseload, including adult and pediatric emergency cases
- Respond to acute stroke cases in a Certified Stroke Center setting
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants for integrated patient care
- Utilize new telemetry monitoring systems for patient management
- Maintain adherence to hospital protocols and standards of care
Additional Information
- Must hold current board certification in Emergency Medicine
- Active Illinois license required
- Experience with high-volume emergency departments preferred
