Work across multiple UCHealth sites providing specialized Mother-Baby care in a regional float role. Registered Nurse, Regional Float Pool — Mother-Baby. Per-diem/PRN or variable full-time shifts across UCHealth facilities in the region; schedule varies by assignment; ongoing position. - Current RN license (state required) - Recent Mother-Baby/postpartum experience (≥2 years preferred) - BLS and NRP certifications - Ability to travel between facilities and adapt to diverse units - Strong newborn and lactation support skills
