Job Summary and Responsibilities Mercy Medical Group (MMG) is seeking a Nocturnist physician to join our multi-specialty group in the Sacramento area.

- Hospitalists self-schedule themselves on a periodic basis, based on a flexible-scheduling model
Scheduling/Structure: - Full-time Nocturnist position (1.0)
- Night shifts will be scheduled as 10-hour shifts, with flexible scheduling
- Maintains privileges at all Dignity-affiliated hospitals
- 165 shifts per year
Compensation & Benefits: - Compensation: $345,342 /Year

Job Requirements- MD or DO degree
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
