About the Position
AlliedTravelCareers is working with Kiwi Healthcare to find a qualified Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in Monterey, California, 93940!
Our client is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for a Days shift position in Monterey, California. This Therapy role is based in the COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) and requires a minimum of 2 years of recent Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant experience.
Position Requirements
- Active California license and/or Compact license
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent Therapy – Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant experience
- 2 current clinical references
Documentation Requirements
- Current resume
- Physical exam (within 12 months)
- TB skin test (within 12 months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening
