The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Primary Care team. This is a rewarding outpatient role ideal for a compassionate, skilled provider who is passionate about serving a vibrant urban population.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly rate: $85 $90/hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Conduct comprehensive physical exams and preventive screenings
Provide patient education and wellness counseling
Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
Document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and collaborate with the clinical care team
Qualifications
Master s degree in Nursing (APRN)
Active New York State NP license and board certification (FNP, ANP, or AGNP)
DEA license with prescriptive authority
1 2 years of primary care experience preferred
Excellent clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills
