What You'll Be Doing
- Operate a Ready Mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to job sites.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
- Interact professionally with customers and team members to ensure quality service.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete required documentation.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational policies.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid CDL and ability to meet DOT driving requirements.
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment
