MRI Technologist – Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Technologist to support diagnostic imaging services. The MRI Technologist will prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure image quality and patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in MRI or ARMIT.
• RT(MR) ARRT or equivalent MRI credential required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
• Experience with GE 450W MRI systems preferred.
• Experience working with Epic electronic medical record preferred.
• Required skills: MRI safety, Breast MRI, MRI-guided biopsy, implanted cardiac rhythm management device look-up and scanning.
• Preferred: MRSO credential.
• Minimal float to other facilities may be required.

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Unit/Floor: MRI (department supporting comprehensive radiology services).
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: 06:30–15:00, Monday through Friday.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• Call requirements: Call rotation and holiday rotation.
• Number of openings: 1.
• Equipment in use: GE 450W MRI. EMR: Epic.
• Reporting/parking: Free parking available at all entrances. Report to North Entrance guest services for Radiology directions.
