Opportunity Highlights Start Date : Immediate availability with assignments running through May 31, 2025. Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, covering inpatient, outpatient, OR procedures, consultations, and rounding. Call Requirements : On-call duties required from Friday evening to the following Friday evening. Prompt response times needed during business hours (30 minutes). Patient Volume : Manage approximately 11-13 patients per shift, with 1-4 admissions during on-call hours. Practice Setting : A blend of inpatient and outpatient services. Technology : Facility utilizes the Epic EMR system. Qualifications Board Certification : Required in Gastroenterology. Licensure : Active Pennsylvania medical license required. Certifications : ACLS and BLS are mandatory. Skills & Procedures : Expertise in the following is highly preferred: Upper and lower GI endoscopy Biopsies and polyp removal ERCP diagnostic and therapeutic techniques Esophageal and small bowel procedures Colonoscopy with advanced interventions Additional Details Trauma Level : Non-trauma facility. Privileges : Temporary hospital privileges are available. Estimated credentialing time: 60-90 days. Support Staff : Adequate support is available to ensure smooth operations.
