MEDVAMC is interested in acquiring the employment of an experienced Physician-General Surgery.
Preferred Experience: Must have critical care experience in a SICU unit
Work Schedule: Full time 8:00-4:30pm
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen (*If no qualified U.S. Citizen is found, will consider non- citizen candidates*)
Full and unrestricted license from any U.S. State
Must be highly motivated, team-oriented, and committed to the care and good health of our Veterans.
We offer:
Salary Range: $330,000 to - $350,000 per year (Education and length of practice are considered through a formal pay-setting process to determine the final compensable salary (Base Pay + Market Pay)
CME: $1,000 per year stipend for reimbursement; 5 Days paid CME absence.
Malpractice: Liability protection
50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)
