Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in restaurants or hospitality, ideally within fast casual dining
• Experience supporting daily operations, including inventory oversight, shift management, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members while helping manage labor and maintain service excellence
• Skilled at resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally, using real-time feedback to elevate the guest experience
• Proficient with POS systems, basic reporting, and day-to-day operational decision-making
Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
• Previous experience in a fast casual concepts
