• Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00), 36 hours/week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2200 - $2360
• Unit Details: 2 nurses per shift, 300 deliveries/year, OB nurses provide postpartum care
• EMR System: Cerner
• Scrubs: Any color (not provided)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Active Registered Nurse license (Washington state preferred)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• AWHONN Intermediate certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Proficiency with Cerner charting system
• References: 2 years in Labor & Delivery specialty
• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• First-time travel nurses welcome!

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in a Level IV trauma, critical access setting
• Conduct newborn assessments and provide postpartum care
• Administer medications, vaccines, and IV therapy
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and support the LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) model
• Implement isolation precautions and proper PPE usage
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Interpretation Services
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Cerner EMR
• Participate in block scheduling, including weekend shifts
