Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg Tele Trauma position, requiring an active AL or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital setting on the Med/Surg Tele Trauma 7 South unit
• Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
• Care provided to medical-surgical and telemetry trauma patients
• Use of Meditech EMR system
• 13-week contract assignment
• Local candidates are allowed at the same rate with no mileage restrictions
• Virtual orientation includes competency-based modules
• All ICU and ED RNs must take an on-site test and online pre-test
• Cardiac exam link will be provided after offer acceptance with a limited time to complete
• No HealthStream modules required prior to start

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required; no pending, temporary, or encumbered licenses accepted
• Minimum of 2 years' total RN experience
• At least 1 year of recent experience in the Med/Surg Tele specialty
• Submission of required identification documents including references, license verification, and government-issued ID
