ACLS REQUIRED Must pass Basic Rhythm Interpretation (BRI) with ≥ 85%. (2 attempts allowed) 20 bed unit. 12 hour NIGHTS Every other weekend, no on call. Float required - float to other ICUs, step down units, or to acute care units, as needed within this location only 3 years previous ICU experience a MUST. HM will call candidates directly to interview, please make sure voicemail is set up and not full for all candidates Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment. -Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse. Preferred Skills & Experience: -N/A Education: Required Education: -Associate’s degree in nursing. Preferred Education: -Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Required Certifications & Licensure: -Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). -American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent. -AHA HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for healthcare providers or an AHA approved equivalent is required. Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -N/A
