CNC Programmer / CNC Setup Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $24 to $48 (Based on Experience)
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer/CNC Setup Specialist to help drive productivity and precision in a manufacturing operation. If you’re passionate about machining, quality, and mentoring others, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and set up Haas 5th axis CNC mills and multi-axis lathes using Mastercam.
- Perform quality checks and monitor machine.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes for efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience CNC Programming (Mill and Lathe).
- Ability to set up and operate Haas 5th axis CNC mills and multi-axis lathes.
- Strong understanding for various machining operations.
- Experience working with aluminum, steel, plastics, copper, Invar/Kovar, Inconel, titanium.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and documents
- Math skills and mechanical aptitude.
