Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients according to established physical therapy plans
Develop and implement individualized treatment programs
Document patient progress and outcomes per facility standards
Educate patients on exercises, mobility, and injury prevention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient goals
Required Qualifications
Active Florida Physical Therapist License required at time of submission
Experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting
Strong communication and patient care skills
