Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring high-risk and cesarean delivery circulator experience in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital
- High-risk labor and delivery patient population
- Circulator role for cesarean deliveries required
- Day shift from 07:00 to 19:30 with every other weekend and rotating holidays
- May float within skill set onsite or to facilities within 40 miles if needed
- Provide care for high-risk labor and delivery patients and circulate for cesarean deliveries
- Must participate in rotating holiday coverage with staff
- Floating to other units or sites within 40 miles may be required based on needs
- Local candidates are accepted but a reduced rate will apply depending on the facility-specific radius rule
- All positions are auto offer
- COVID vaccination is no longer required
- Scrub or dress code details not specified
Requirements
- Active WI or compact RN license
- Minimum of 1 year Labor and Delivery experience required
- BLS certification from AHA required
- NRP certification from AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics required
- Recent fetal monitoring certification (AWHONN, Relias, or similar) if not covered on competency exam, completed within past 2 years
- Nursys license verification within 30 days prior to start
- Primary source license verification within 30 days prior to start
- Full US Social Security Number and US home address required
