NEW Hospitalist APP (NP or PA) Inpatient Role

Full-time 3x12-hour shifts Days or Nights No call

Join a collaborative hospitalist team within a respected regional health system that delivers high-quality inpatient care to a diverse adult population. This position offers flexible scheduling, mentorship support, and excellent long-term stability.

Position Highlights

• Inpatient-only setting

• 3x12-hour shifts mix of days and nights (75% day / 25% night)

  • Option for 100% nights if preferred

• No call requirements

• Solo night coverage with in-house ED provider support and MD backup

• Average 15 patients per shift

• EMR: Epic

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $110K $140K (based on experience)

• Relocation Assistance: $3,000

• Loan Repayment: $15,000 annually after one year of employment

• PTO: 5 weeks + 56 hours of sick leave

• CME: $1,500 annually

Qualifications

• NP or PA with inpatient or hospital medicine experience preferred

• 3+ years of experience ideal, but new graduates encouraged to apply

• ACLS required

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
