What Does an OBGYN Hospitalist Do?
- Handle Ob emergencies / Deliver babies
- Collaborate with local physicians
- Evaluate and treat triage patients
- Provide leadership on L&D
- Perform surgeries/ Surgical assists
- Care for unassigned patients
- Educate residents and med students
St. Charles Medical Hospital is a
non-profit acute care facility near NYC that has served the residents of scenic Port Jefferson/ the Three Village area for more than 110 years. A member of Catholic Health Services of Long Island, the hospital currently performs about 1,700 annual deliveries.
