Location: Bristol, PA
Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Pay: $22.00/hour


Our client, a top-tier cosmetics manufacturer, is looking for a hands-on Production Lead who’s ready to step up, lead from the floor, and keep packaging and distribution operations running smoothly. If you’re a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in quality, safety, and results - this role is for you.

As a Production Lead, you’ll oversee a small but critical area of the operation, guiding your team to hit daily shipping targets while maintaining inventory accuracy and top-notch order quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Assign and guide employees at workstations to maximize productivity
  • Keep your team on track to hit daily performance goals - escalating when needed
  • Prioritize and delegate work based on daily pickup and shipping deadlines
  • Train new team members on safety standards and work instructions
  • Inspect and audit finished goods and orders for accuracy and quality
  • Set the quality standard for order and material handlers
  • Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and support resolution efforts
  • Lead investigations into KPI performance issues
  • Support audits and Zero Defect initiatives with proper documentation
  • Evaluate processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Complete daily reporting, recordkeeping, and performance recaps
  • Enter data accurately into computer systems
  • Follow all safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Jump in on additional tasks as needed to support the operation


What We’re Looking For

  • Highly Preferred: 1+ year of Distribution or Quality Coordinator experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (or related experience)
  • Strong communication skills and working knowledge of English
  • Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook, and internal systems
  • MS Office experience required; SAP experience a plus
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed
