A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides anesthesia care for various surgical procedures including orthopedics, general surgery, pediatrics, and obstetrics. This role involves administering anesthesia autonomously in multiple operating rooms, performing specialized procedures like spinals, epidurals, and nerve blocks, and participating in on-call duties. The position requires licensure, board certification, and proficiency in obstetric anesthesia with travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided for a six-month locum assignment starting September 2025.
Are you interviewing for a long term, stable CRNA locums assignment? I m recruiting for the following coverage:
- Start September 1, 2025 for a 6-month contract
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Practice includes 1 MD, 4 CRNA (All Autonomous)
- Types of cases: Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy PEDs, urology, OBGYN and occasional endoscopy. No heads, hearts, spine.
- Anes runs 2-4 rooms per day
- Call: 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month
- Must be proficient in OB if taking Call
- Required skills and procedures: spinals, OB, epidurals, endo, peripheral nerve blocks, ultrasound guided procedures. PICC line not required but preferred.
- Oregon CRNA License, Board Certified, DEA preferred
- Travel, lodging, malpractice insurance provided
