Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Washington, requiring BLS, NRP, C-EFM certification, and at least one year of L&D experience.
Responsibilities
- Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit
- Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Floating within scope as needed
- EMR used is Epic
- Block scheduling may be discussed during interview
- 13-week contract assignment
- First time travelers are welcome to apply
- Locals are accepted with no radius restriction
- Two professional references may be requested
- Must participate in weekend rotation as scheduled
Requirements
- Active WA or compact RN license required prior to start
- Current BLS, NRP, and C-EFM certifications required
- Minimum one year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
- Completion of required modules during orientation
- Proof of driver’s license and social security number required
