RN Career Path Program at Mercy St. Louis — Day or Night shifts; start in Med/Surg (12–18 months) with transition to specialty (PICU, ICU, ED, CVICU, Burn, Float Pool) based on readiness; full-time roles with benefits and tuition support; no-contract sign-on. How the pathway works...
Step 1: Start in Med/Surg (12–18 months) in one of these units:
• Observation Telemetry • General Med/Surg • Neuroscience • Neurosurgical • Oncology • Orthopedics • Trauma Surgical

Step 2: Transition to a specialty unit (based on readiness, openings, and fit), such as:
• Pediatrics / PICU • Med/Surg ICU • Trauma/Neuro ICU • CVICU • Emergency Department • Burn ICU • Float Pool

Qualifications
