Our client, industry-leading in data center infrastructure, is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager to join their team. As a Data Center Construction Manager, you will be part of the construction and project management department supporting onsite operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Assist project teams in managing Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders to ensure smooth project flow.
- Maintain accurate logs for RFIs, permits, and submittals using approved project management systems.
- Support the development and upkeep of construction schedules, including commissioning milestones.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes to facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Enforce site security protocols, coordinate with security vendors, and ensure compliance with security requirements.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction management or field coordination, preferably in mission-critical or data center projects.
- Familiarity with Division 01 specifications, QA/QC processes, commissioning protocols, and digital project management tools.
- Proficiency in ACMS and web-based project management platforms such as Procore.
- Working knowledge of BIM coordination and digital document control systems.
- Certifications such as OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety or equivalent; PMP or CM certification is preferred.
