RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts, 3 days per week (3x12 schedule)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• No call requirements
• Patient ratios of 2:1 or 3:1
• Float requirements to stepdown and med surg units
• 2+ years of experience required
• Required certifications: Current Arkansas Licensure, BLS, ACLS
• CCRN certification preferred
• Must pass medication and math competency test with 90% passing grade before assuming medication administration responsibilities
• Work with EPIC EMR system
• Fast-paced unit environment requiring upbeat and driven nurses
• Dress code: Black scrubs required, no open toe shoes allowed
