Position Overview
A thriving healthcare group in central Washington is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its busy, multi-specialty clinic in Moses Lake. This is a full-time opportunity to practice broad-spectrum family medicine with strong team support, competitive compensation, and excellent work-life balance in one of Washington s most welcoming communities.
Position Highlights
Join a collaborative team of 6 physicians, 1 PA, and 1 NP in a high-volume family medicine clinic.
Flexible schedule: four 10-hour shifts per week.
Manageable call schedule: phone call only, 1 in 6 weeks.
Diverse patient population with a heavy pediatrics practice.
Perform common procedures including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, and some women s health.
Average patients per shift.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive first-year salary: $308,281 $333,277, plus RVU bonus potential.
