A leading health system in Northern Illinois is seeking aBoard Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologistto join its growing community-based practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to help build a high-quality digestive health program serving a primary market of 350,000 residents and a secondary market exceeding 750,000.
Position Highlights:
Collaborative, community-based practice with a strong primary care referral base of more than 140 providers caring for over 130,000 patients.
Opportunity to develop and expand a comprehensive digestive health service line.
Partnership with an interdisciplinary cancer team providing advanced gastroenterology-oncology care and access to leading clinical programs.

Education & Qualifications:
MD or DO " Required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (Board certification required within 5 years of hire) " Required
Active Illinois medical license and DEA license, or eligibility to obtain prior to hire " Required
Bi-annual CPR certification " Preferred
