What You’ll Do:
Client Development
• Build and grow client relationships through outreach and referrals
• Lead discovery calls, pitch services, and negotiate contracts
• Deliver tailored recruiting solutions that drive results
Candidate Placement
• Source and place top-tier executive and professional talent
• Conduct structured interviews and present standout profiles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with strategic insight
What You Bring:
• 2+ years generating $250K+ in annual margin
• Proven ability to build senior-level relationships (up to C-suite)
• Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client management and service orientation
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office
• Effective time management and multitasking skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset: competitive, creative, and resourceful
