Family Physician (Geriatrics experience) — Permanent, Monday–Friday, Michigan; outpatient/home-based primary care and long-term care; full-time role. - MD or DO - Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine - Geriatric training or experience preferred - Valid Michigan medical license

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to older adults
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
• Participate in geriatrics education with residents and fellows

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Geriatric training or experience preferred
• Valid medical license in the state of practice
