Exciting Opportunity: Dermatologist Needed to Launch New Department with group on the outskirts of Atlanta, GA

• Join a thriving, physician-owned internal medicine practice expanding into dermatology!
• Established in 2008 and located in the highly desirable area, this privately owned internal medicine group is growing. They re seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist to lead the launch of their new dermatology department.
• About Them:
• Their team includes seven experienced internal medicine providers (five physicians and two nurse practitioners) who deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Due to growing patient demand, they re expanding into dermatology and they re looking for a motivated physician to help build this service line from the ground up.

• Immediate internal referrals from our established patient base
• Dedicated dermatology space in our current facility, with future plans for a standalone dermatology center
• Minimal on-call responsibilities (phone support only)
• Well-supported environment with trained staff, EMR, billing, and scheduling in place
• Flexible Monday Friday schedule (option for 4 or 4.5-day workweek)
• Patient volume: 2 3 new or 3 4 established patients/hour, adjusted to your comfort

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $350,000 $400,000
• Productivity bonuses; earning potential of $800,000+
