• Shift: Day shifts, 4x10 hour shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2260-$2420
• Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience required
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate perioperative nursing care to surgical patients
• Assist surgeons and the surgical team during operative procedures
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor a sterile environment in the Operating Room
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal surgical outcomes
