District Manager – Fast Food Drive-Thru Operations –


Join a fast-growing multi-concept franchise partner known for its people-first culture and performance-driven leadership. As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple high-volume drive-thru restaurants and develop top-performing managers from within.

District Manager Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of proven success as a District Manager in fast food with drive-thru operations
  • Currently employed in a leadership role
  • Track record of developing managers internally and building bench strength
  • Strong P&L management, cost control, and sales-driving expertise
  • Hands-on leadership style with integrity, discipline, and respect as non-negotiables
  • Ability to travel for 4–6 weeks of initial training
  • Must be a local candidate (no relocation offered)
