- Location: Harrison, MI (Clare County)
- Practice Type: Large, established multi-specialty group
- Setting: Outpatient with access to onsite services
- Start Date: As soon as available
- Reason for Opening: Community growth and increased patient demand
- Patient Population: Adults - focus on physical, emotional, and social health
- Scope: Preventive care, acute/chronic disease management
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Call: 1:4 rotation with nurse triage line support
- Support Services:
- Onsite rehab
- Nutrition and diabetes counseling
- Walk-in lab
- Radiology
- Walk-in care
- MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Completion of ACGME-approved residency
- Licensure:
- Must have or be eligible for Michigan medical license
- Must have or be eligible for Controlled Substance License
