- Credentialing: 30 days for temps / 120 days for full privileges
Minimum Requirements
- Board CertifiedGastroenterology
- Gastroenterology Fellowship required
- Certifications: DEA
- Licensure: Active Colorado license required or Active IMLC with LOQ in hand
