Leadership role to build a vascular program with full hospital support and advanced vascular & wound-care resources. Fellowship-trained, BE/BC Vascular Surgeon; permanent hospital-employed partnership in Western Pennsylvania (within 1 hour of Pittsburgh). Flexible practice mix: 100% vascular/endovascular or combined with General Surgery/non-cardiac Thoracic. Call shared with General Surgery. Facility includes cath/peripheral lab, non-invasive vascular lab, 64-slice CT, wound center with 2 hyperbaric chambers, vein clinic, regional dialysis. Seeking a Fellowship-trained, BE/BC Vascular Surgeon to build a vascular program. The opportunity is hospital employed partnership in the community. Call coverage is available from General Surgery. Ideal situation with an underutilized cardiac catheterization & peripheral angiography lab, a non-invasive Vascular lab, a 64-slice CT, a Center for Wound Healing with two hyperbaric oxygen chambers, an established Vein Clinic, and a strong regional dialysis. Can be 100% Vascular/Endovascular, or combined with General Surgery and/or non-cardiac Thoracic Surgery.
