Strong earning potential from day one with new patients being sent directly to the incoming physician.
Position Highlights:
Immediate Patient Volume: Current 4-6 week wait for new patients ensures a strong patient base from day one.
Practice Flexibility: No fellowship required but welcomed, with no preference on the type of urology procedures incoming physician performs.
Produce locations: Most procedures performed at local physician owned ASC. Office procedural rooms also available.
Mentorship Opportunities: Work alongside experienced physicians eager to support and mentor new providers.
Optional Call: Take paid ER call if desired to help build your practice.
Compensation and Benefits:
First-Year Guarantee: Competitive salary based on MGMA data.
Exceptional Earning Potential: Expect to make $1.2+ million with fee for service model between years 2-3.
Partnership Opportunities: Ownership/partnership in the clinic, ASC, and surgical hospital available after the first year, with no buy-in or overhead required for the clinic.
