Required Skills Valid state license and certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Proven experience in providing anesthesia services in a clinical setting Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, patient monitoring, and emergency procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Nice to Have Skills Experience in a variety of anesthesia settings (e.g., outpatient, hospital surgery, specialty procedures) proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications Bilingual or multilingual capabilities Preferred Education and Experience Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesiology or related field Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience preferred Prior experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment Other Requirements Must hold or be eligible for state licensure and certification Availability to work varied shifts; specific scheduling details will be provided Travel or accommodations reimbursements when applicable Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in patient care while enjoying a supportive work environment.
