Details/Requirements:
Schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday). Four-day workweek considered; Fridays required.
Population: Primarily adults; must be comfortable treating patients 13+.
Setting: Rural outpatient behavioral health clinic.
Clinical Areas: Psychiatric care + Substance Use Disorder (SUD) experience strongly preferred.
Support Model: Collaborate under a supervising psychiatrist.
1-hour psychiatric evaluations
15-20 minute medication checks
EMR: Netsmart myEvolv
Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Remote Options: Limited telehealth; in-person care is preferred for optimal patient outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:
Active New York Medicaid credentials
PMHNP certification with adolescent experience

Compensation: $180,000-$200,000+ annually, salary is negotiable based on experience and scope
