Practice Overview
- You'll join an established women's health clinic with on-site access to urgent care and surgical services
- Blocked OR time and shared call at a nearby 406-bed hospital with Level III NICU
- Mid-level support available; average of 3,000 deliveries annually in the area
- A new standalone birthing center is under construction and slated to open by end of 2025 or early 2026
Schedule
- Full-time clinical role with a blend of clinic, OR, and hospital coverage
- Shared call structure with manageable frequency
- Access to surgical suite and inpatient support at nearby hospital
- Balanced weekly schedule to support patient access and work-life balance

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Comfortable with full-spectrum OB/GYN care including deliveries and surgery
- Open to new graduates or experienced physicians
- Must hold or be eligible for an Arizona medical license
