It provides a full array of patient-centered, community hospital and regional referral services at its 175-bed, Joint Commission-accredited acute care facility and physician practices. The hospital also partners with the University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical School to provide the teaching environment for the UAB/Selma Family Medicine Physicians Residency Program and for Wallace State Community College nursing students.
