JOB DESCRIPTION: Medical Center less than an hour from Tyler, TX is recruiting an additional BC/BE internal Medicine physician for a busy practice. Residents and practicing physicians are welcome to apply!Hospital employed groupOutpatient-only Hospitalist team for inpatient needs HOSPITAL:Medical Center has just over 150-beds, includes acute care, critical access and behavior health services. A healthcare leader in the community for 65 years, the hospital hosts many services including state-of-the-art diagnostics, therapeutic and rehabilitative services, both on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Patients have access to advanced technology including a new $1.5 million MRI and Interventional Cath Lab. There is also an 11,500 ft. birthing center with a Level II Nursery, and over 20 other surgical specialties. In addition, we offer a center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine, as well as a Sleep Disorder Center and Home Health services. The Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, located at the West Campus, offers both inpatient and outpatient therapy services for those 18 years and older with two distinct units (adult and geropsych) staffed by a team of medical professionals including two psychiatrists.
