Outpatient Only No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call

What You ll Do:

• Deliver compassionate, comprehensive primary care to an older adult population

• Lead a multidisciplinary care team in a collaborative, high-support environment

• Drive better patient outcomes with fewer hospital admissions and improved preventive care

• Utilize modern EMR systems (Canopy & Greenway)

• Help set and achieve clinical goals and quality benchmarks

Ideal Candidate:

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine

• Active, unrestricted state medical license & current DEA

• Passion for senior care and preventive medicine

• Value-based care experience preferred (but not required)

• Geriatric experience or fellowship is a plus

• Bilingual a bonus
