Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)Job Description:
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs.Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Tennessee License-LPN
