Job Summary
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in our center-based therapy setting, providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help these amazing kids develop essential skills, build confidence, and unlock their unique superpowers.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide behavioral interventions and supports to children in a center-based setting
Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify therapy plans
Maintain accurate and thorough records of client sessions and progress
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities
Completion of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification
Ability to pass a background check and maintain a professional demeanor
Excellent communication and organizational skills
