Job Details:

• Transplant OR RN position specializing in abdominal transplants including kidney, pancreas, liver, and intestinal/multi-visceral procedures
• 2+ years of strong transplant experience required - liver transplant experience is a hard requirement
• Must have actual transplant procedure experience within the last 2 years
• Call requirement: 40-60 hours per 6-week period
• Guaranteed hours: 8 and 10 hour shifts - 40 hours per week, 3 x 12 hour shifts - 36 hours per week, 4 x 12 hour shifts - 48 hours per week
• Float required to multi-specialty units and all surgery types
• Weekend coverage required
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Required certifications: BLS, Regulatory Charting for Transplants
• Must have Indiana license, temporary license, or compact license at time of start
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, cell saver, and various surgical procedures preferred
• Will occasionally float to assist with pediatric transplants (pediatric experience preferred but not required)
• Charting system: Cerner

• First-time travelers accepted if they have 2+ years of strong transplant experience
