• Average 3 4 admissions per 24-hour call

• Servicing adult & geriatric populations

• 250-bed hospital

• Reason for coverage: Surgeon PTO

• Abdominal Open & Endovascular procedures required

• Must be Board Certified in Vascular Surgery

• Active Colorado license or IMLC (LOQ in hand) required

• Active DEA required (must remain active for the duration)

• Clean malpractice & background for expedited credentialing
