Job Summary
ECHOIX Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism and related disorders
• Deliver ABA therapy sessions in a clinic, home, or school setting, focusing on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social skills development
• Utilize behavior analysis techniques and tools to collect and record data on client progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and treatment team members to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including session notes, data collection sheets, and billing information
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RBT certification
Requirements:
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: 1 year of experience working with children with autism or related disorders, preferably in a clinical or educational setting
• Certification: RBT certification required; BCBA or BCaBA certification a plus
• Availability: Must be available to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
