Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a RN for a Surgical Trauma Stepdown unit, requiring a TX or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital Surgical Trauma Stepdown unit
- Shift is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Cares for post-surgical and trauma stepdown patient population
- 13-week contract assignment
- Must provide copies of nursing license, BLS, and completed references for consideration
- Scrub or dress code and onboarding details provided upon assignment
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent trauma stepdown RN experience
- Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth are required for consideration
