Practice Overview
- Full-service ENT program with complete autonomy
- General otolaryngology procedures with optional facial trauma coverage
- Outpatient clinic with dedicated OR blocks for surgical cases
- Opportunity to develop allergy and audiology services over time
Schedule
- Full-time schedule, 4.5 days per week
- Dedicated OR blocks (3-4 hours, multiple times per week)
- Flexible clinic and procedural time allocation
- Manageable call schedule supporting work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits
- $650,000 Base salary aligned with 75th percentile MGMA benchmarks
- $75,000 Signing bonus, relocation assistance, residency/fellowship stipend, and more

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
- Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
