This role provides client service and administrative/technical support for Retirement Income clients, managing plan document preparation, enrollments, reporting, and liaison with third-party administrators. The position requires life & health insurance licensing, handling client and participant inquiries, conducting annual service calls, and supporting sales/account representatives on implementation and service tasks. Strong communication, organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, and customer-service experience in employee benefits are emphasized.
